financiar te klienteve, rritjes se cilesise se sherbimit, proaktivitetit ne shitje dhe korrektesi se operacionale me qellim permbushjen e objektivave te Deges.<\/li>\n<li>Mbeshtet dhe orienton stafin per zhvillimin dhe orientimin e tyre te lidhura me objektivat dhe fokusin e Bankes.<\/li>\n<li>Evidenton dhe raporton te drejtuesi direkt per nevojat dhe zhvillimin e stafit te sherbimit dhe keshillimin.<\/li>\n<li>Sigurohet te realizoje objektivat e deges, ne bashkepunim me Drejtorin e Deges.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron qe stafi ka nje nivel shume te mire njohje te sherbimeve bankare, produkteve dhe procedurave operacionale si edhe kontribuon ne ruajtjen e ketij niveli.<\/li>\n<li>Keshillon me profesionalizem klientet ekzistues dhe potenciale te bankes ne lidhje me gamen e produkteve te ofruara nga bankasi dhe sigurohet te krijoje marredhenie afatgjata.<\/li>\n<li>Suporton Drejtorin e deges ne vleresimin e stafit te Deges me qellim identifikimin e nevojave per trajnim ne funksion te zhvillimit te kapaciteteve profesionale, eshte pergjegjes per trajnim dhe mbeshtetjen e stafit te ri ne Dege.<\/li>\n<li>Ndjek nga afer rregulloret dhe procedurat qe lidhen me produktet\/operacionet\/standartin e sherbimit dhe propozon ndryshime ne funksion te rritjes se eficenses, efikasitetit dhe cilesise se sherbimit ndaj kienteve.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron qe Dega operon ne perputhje me kerkesat dhe procedurat e bankes dhe standartin e kerkuar operacional.<\/li>\n<li>Kontrollon ne fund te dites te gjithe dokumentacionin e veprimeve te kryera ne Dege, per te siguruar qe dokumentacioni bashkalidhur eshte ne perputhje me procedurat e brendshme te bankes.<\/li>\n<li>Kryen autorizimin ne system te veprimeve te kryera ne Dege sipas nivelit te autorizimit te percaktuar nga ana e bankes, si edhe firmos dokumentacionin perkates.<\/li>\n<li>Ne mungese te Drejtorit te Deges, eshte personi pergjegjes ne lidhje me zbatimin e standarteve te bankes per PPP&amp;FT.<\/li>\n<li>Ndjek limitet e cash-it ne Dege per te siguruar perputhshmerine e procedurave te thesarit dhe me normat maksimale te lejuara nga aspekti I sigurise teknike.<\/li>\n<li>I jep zgjidhje problemeve operacionale qe mund te lindin gjate dites Brenda kompetencave te tij\/saj duke u konsultuar edhe me njesite perkatese operacionale ne Drejtorine e Pergjithshme.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron qe procedurat qe kane te bejne ne sigurimine ambjentevete brenshme\/jashtme te Deges jane te njohura dhe te zbatuara me korrektesi nga stafi pergjegjes.<\/li>\n<li>Siguron paraqitje te pergjithshme korrekte te Deges, pastertine e ambjenteve, kendin e reklamimit te sherbimeve bankare dhe te stafit konform standartit te uniformave te pajisura nga banka.<\/li>\n<li>I raporton Drejtorit te Deges te gjitha rastet problematike te Deges persa I perket perputhsherise se rregulloreve operacionale te bankes dhe ben propozime per zgjidhjen e tyre.<\/li>\n<li>I raporton Drejtorit te Deges rastet e dyshita apo me anomali te konstatuara ne Dege nga stafi, gjate ushtrimit te detyrave dhe funksioneve.<\/li>\n<li>Tregon kujdes per zbatimin e standarteve me te larta per te mbrojtur banken dhe reputacionin e saj nga keqperdorimi per pastrim parash dhe\/ose financim, mashtrim apo aktivitette te tjera te palidhshme.<\/li>\n<li>Vepron si promovues dhe tejcues I vlerave dhe imazhit te
