Megjithat\u00eb, Eurosig ende nuk ka mundur t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebn vendimmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb UBA, p\u00ebr shkak se Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb deri n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti nuk e kishte miratuar rritjen e m\u00ebparshme dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb p\u00ebrqindjes s\u00eb Eurosig n\u00eb UBA.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gusht 2021, Eurosig regjistroi n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Biznesit kontrat\u00ebn e shitjes s\u00eb aksioneve, p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave bleu edhe 30% t\u00eb aksioneve n\u00eb UBA nga ortaku kryesor, Banka Islamike p\u00ebr Zhvillim, duke e rritur pjes\u00ebmarrjen nga 21.02% n\u00eb 51.017%.<\/p>\n<p>Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk e kishte miratuar k\u00ebt\u00eb transaksion, duke qen\u00eb se Eurosig nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb investitor me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin bankar.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se aksioneri tjet\u00ebr kryesor, Banka Islamike p\u00ebr Zhvillim, nuk ka qen\u00eb m\u00eb e gatshme t\u00eb injektoj\u00eb kapital n\u00eb UBA, Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u \u201cdor\u00ebzua\u201d, duke i hapur rrug\u00eb shitjes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti K\u00ebshilli Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs i Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb vendosi t\u00eb jap\u00eb miratimin p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb transaksion, por me kusht q\u00eb Eurosig t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb me likuiditet n\u00eb nj\u00eb rritje kapitali t\u00eb UBA n\u00eb shum\u00ebn e tre milion\u00eb eurove, brenda dat\u00ebs 31 dhjetor 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Rritja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb e kapitalit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb regjistruar ende n\u00eb QKB, por megjithat\u00eb burime nga banka shprehen se pritet q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb finalizohet brenda afatit t\u00eb vendosur nga Banka e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Shtimi i kapitalit me tre milion\u00eb euro pritet ta rris\u00eb m\u00eb tej pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Eurosig, n\u00eb mbi 70% totalit t\u00eb aksioneve.<\/p>\n<p>Marrja e kontrollit nga Eurosig do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ndryshime edhe n\u00eb menaxhimin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb bank\u00ebs. Drejtori i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, Amel Kova\u00e7evi\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar pas af\u00ebrsisht tre vitesh n\u00eb krye t\u00eb bank\u00ebs. Drejtimin e UBA-s e ka marr\u00eb Orfea Dhuci, bankier shqiptar me nj\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb Alpha Bank Albania, fillimisht si Drejtues i Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb bankare t\u00eb Biznesit dhe m\u00eb pas si k\u00ebshilltar ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p>UBA \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht banka m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb sektorin bankar shqiptar. Mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e Shoqat\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Bankave, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tremujorit t\u00eb tret\u00eb t\u00eb vitit UBA zot\u00ebronte rreth 0.7% t\u00eb tregut bankar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb total aktivesh prej rreth 12.6 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, shifrat e paaudituara nga Shoqata Shqiptare e Bankave tregojn\u00eb se UBA k\u00ebt\u00eb vit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga bankat q\u00eb po regjistron ritmet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb rritjes.
