This offer will be active only on Ramazan month and the customers eligible will benefit from these conditions:

Cost that will be covered by the bank:

• Evaluation Report
• Notarization of Financing Contract
• Notarization of Collateral Contract
• Life & Property Insurance for the first year
• Current Account Fee for the first year
• Debit Card Maintenance fee for the first year

Note:

• The existing payroll receivers will be part of the housing financing offer but will not benefit the conditions of free of charge salary accounts that will be available only for the payroll customers that will join UBA on Ramazan month.
• For the clients that have opened the payroll account during the offer period, the financing application will be processed and the financing will be disbursed. In the case in the next three months no salary has been credited in his account, all the expenses previously paid by the bank, will be all charged on customer dues.
