Procurement of Core Banking System of the Bank

United Bank of Albania needs to procure Core Banking System based on offers from reputable banking bidder. The requirement includes Successful Deployment, Implementation, Installation, Operationalization, Testing of Core Banking Application and Database. The bank is looking for solutions that have been implemented and are successfully running in the region. TERMS & CONDITIONS

The procurement terms are:

1. 1. Publishing Call for RFP:

27 December 2024.

2. 2. Vendor Questions and Responses

27 January 2025 deadline for vendors to submit questions regarding RFP through the address [email protected];
31 January 2025 issuance of responses to the vendor questions by the bank.

3. 3. Vendor proposal and presentations

Until 11 February 2025 Deadline for vendors to submit their proposals.
Until 25 February 2025 Vendor presentation and demonstrations (optional).

4. 4. Proposal evaluation and selection.

07 March 2025 Evaluation of proposal and shortlisted vendors. Notification of shortlisted vendors.
15 March 2025 Interviews with shortlisted vendors (if applicable).
25 March 2025 Final vendor selection and starting contract negotiations.

Conditions:

• The documentation should be duly completed based on Request for Proposal.
• The technical and financial bids should be provided in original, signed, stamped and sealed in separate envelopes.

1. 1. The technical bid should be sent in hard copy as mentioned above and in electronic copy (USB or Disc) within the same sealed envelope.
2. 2. The financial bid should be sent in hard copy as mentioned above and in electronic copy (UBS or Disc) within the same sealed envelope.
