UBA is pleased to announce that it has been awarded certification against ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the leading international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The certificate, issued by Legal Cert in November, 2025 following an independent audit process, confirms that the Bank has established, implemented and maintains a comprehensive framework of controls designed to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client and institutional information. The certified scope covers the provision of banking services and the supporting information technology infrastructure. This achievement reflects the Bank’s ongoing commitment to the protection of its customers’ data, to the continual improvement of its cyber security capabilities, and to full alignment with national regulatory requirements and international best practice.
